BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION COURSE WITH MENTORING
A 14 week online learning and implementing programme with mentoring to move you from having no time and limited income to choose what you do with your time and pay for your ideal lifestyle.
Overview
The course is split into 7 modules, each covered over 2 weeks. Within each module there is content on your mindset to help you turn around any limiting beliefs that are holding you back and give you confidence in what you are doing.
Who’s it for
This programme is for professionals or practitioners who already have a full time business but have found that if they don’t work they don’t get paid and they want more time and more cash to live their ideal lifestyle. Full on deep dive into you and your business so after the 14 weeks you will have everything you need to get the business and life you desire. It’s only for you if you want to learn and take action.
Time required
Typically you’ll need 2 hours per week for the online sessions and 2 hours per week for implementation.
Course Modules
Module 1 - Time Usage & Productivity Improvement
You will learn how to be the most productive you’ve ever been and make the best use of the hours available to you each day.
Module 2 - Your Passion
You will discover or reaffirm your passion to make sure you know why you are doing what you are doing with your business so other people including your ideal customers and team can relate to this too.
Module 3 - Ideal Customers
You will identify and find your ideal customers who are fun to work with, love what you do and pay you what you want.
Module 4 - Pricing
You will be able to price your services and products to liberate you from being stuck in no mans land.
Module 5 - Products
You will create products ideal to your customers to stop you selling time for money.
Module 6 - Systemisation
Pulling all the pieces together to create a real business and be able to delegate and outsource.
Module 7 - Team
Identify whether to outsource or delegate, how to find the right people and how to manage them to save you, even more time and create even more impact and profit.
